Agri contractor Patrick O'Toole from the Green Road in Carlow is being fined €3,750 for failure to lodge income tax and VAT returns.
Computer tech worker Robert Edgar of St Francis Street in Edenderry in Offaly is facing a €2,500 fine for the same offences.
Laois' Lorraine Delaney from Durrow in Laois, Terence McInerney from Birr, and Micheal Stokes of Kiltoom are all being cited for the misuse of marked mineral oil.
They've received fines of €2,500 and €3,000 respectively.
While Edward Conroy from Portlaoise has been charged €5,000 for the sale of illegal tobacco.
