Three organisations in the region will benefit.

Midlands refugee support groups are in line for a €120,000 investment.

56 projects around the project are set to benefit from the latest round of funding from the International Protection Integration Fund.

Among those is New Horizon Athlone, which has been allocated the largest proportion of investment available at €100,000

While Dignity Partnership, which serves Laois, Offaly and Westmeath, and Serve the City Ireland, in Westmeath, will each receive €10,000.

The €2.5 million fund helps community-based organisations play a greater role in supporting the integration of IPAs.
