Keynote speaker at the Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise, Fergus Farrell, suffered a traumatic spinal injury in 2018.
Since then he's been focused on "taking control of his life", from running 5 marathons across 4 days, or attempting to row across the North Atlantic from New York to Galway.
