It's part of a national rollout, to deliver Epower ports.
A EV charging company is to supply shopping centers in the Midlands with new charging points.
Fairgreen and Harbour Place Shopping Centres in Mullingar, Golden Island in Athlone and outside the Penneys store in Laois Shopping Centre in Portlaoise will all get new ports from EPower.
Rollout of the ports begins this year, with no specific dates set yet for the installation of the points.
It's part of a national rollout, which took into account the company’s ability to deliver specialised facilties and the ability to offer help through ePower's help desks.
