A man sustained serious injuries to his face, neck and back in a knife attack in Antrim last night.

'People need to feel safe on our streets'.

That's according to Longford Westmeath TD Sorca Clarke as she is calling on the Justice Minister to prioritise the issue with a proactive strategy.

It comes after a man was left with severe injuries to his face, neck and back following a knife attack in Antrim last night.
