The HSE is encouraging everyone who is due their next dose of booster vaccine to get it as soon as possible.
People aged 18-49 can get a COVID-19 booster shot at a walk-in clinic in the midlands this Bank Holiday weekend.
Booster vaccines are on offer at two clinics in Westmeath, on Church Street in Moate and Clonbrusk Primary Care Centre in Athlone.
People in Portlaoise can visit the clinic on St. Fintans Campus, and those in Offaly can take a trip to the Primary Care Centre in Tullamore.
