It follows a recent public consultation event held by the local authority in Roscommon on the proposed design and development of a park to be located by Athlone's Hodson Bay.
It would aim to improve public access to Lough Ree and amenties for walking, cycling and water based activities.
Applications take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete and close at 6pm on November 14th.
