That's the view of Ireland South MEP Sean Kelly, who believes it's an attempt to bully the EU for their continued support of Ukraine.
The footage, which was broadcast on Russian state television, depicts the destruction of Ireland and the UK, and falsely tells viewers Boris Johnson has threatened a nuclear strike on the Kremlin.
