The Banking and Payments Federation of Ireland released their new report for the third quarter of 2024.
People are borrowing more loans now than they were a year ago, with the value of loans also seeing an increase.
New figures release from the Banking and Payments Federation of Ireland show a rise in car and home improvement loans taken out in the final quarter of 2024.
The value of personal loans also saw a surge, reaching €670m across all categories, and green loan values reached their highest point to date at over €24,000.
