Tullamore Hospital was one of the few hospitals in the country with no patients on trolleys this month.
Over 150 people were on trolleys in the midlands hospitals this month.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation's latest report shows Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise recorded 113 patients on trolleys throughout the month of July.
That figure was 64 in Mullingar, while Tullamore Hospital was one of only a few in the country to have no patients waiting on a trolley this month.
University Hospital Limerick recorded the largest number of trolley figures in July, at over 2,000, followed by just over 1,000 in Galway University Hospital.
