Longford/Westmeath has the most people affected.
More than 200 vulnerable people are on the waiting list for home-support in the midlands.
According to the HSE's latest figures, 119 are waiting in Longford/Westmeath, while 97 are waiting in Laois/Offaly.
98 people in the region are looking to get a package for the first time, and 188 people are looking for additional home-help hours.
