People will be able to attend the judges competitions on Saturday.
The midlands will see an influx of alpacas this weekend as the final preparations are underway for the the all-Ireland show.
The National Alpaca Show will be held in the Mullingar Equestrian Centre in Westmeath on Saturday and Sunday.
On offer at the event will be various alpaca competitions, a craft fair and a demonstration of DNA testing on the animals.
