There's plans to extend it for 2026.
A new campsite has opened close to the Erkina Blueway and the iconic wooden bridge in south Laois.
Ruth's Garden, which is situated 5km outside of Durrow, officially opened in recent days in response to the need for facilities for campers in the scenic area that attracts so many festivals.
There are also plans to extend camping facilities nearby to include a park up campervan site for the 2026 season.
