New Free Travel Scheme To Benefit Over 25k Midlands People

The new measures will allow for a free travelling companion.

Nearly 25,000 people in the Midlands are set to benefit from the extension of the Free Travel scheme.

The new measures will allow a companion to travel with people aged over 70, free of charge.  

This includes bus, rail, Local Link and the Luas, along with some services operated by private bus and ferry transport operators.
