New Legislation Just The First Step -Midlands Cancer Support Centre

The new legislation concedes with Daffodil Day.

New legislation will give cancer survivors greater access to financial products. 

Their diagnosis will be disregarded from five years post recovery - down from the seven years initially intended in the legislation. 

The Government confirmed the move to mark Daffodil Day.

Jacqueline Daly is the Director of Services at the East Galway and  Midlands Cancer Support Centre in Ballinasloe.
