New Survey Finds 23% Of People Still Use Physical Banking Services

Finance Minister Paschal Donohue is in Tullamore today to discuss the future of retail banking.

23% of people still visit a physical bank to avail of the service, as opposed to online banking.

The figures, which are expected to decrease as Ulster Bank and KBC leave the Irish market, were revealed in a survey carried out by the Department of Finance.
