The group is celebrating Down Syndrome Awareness Month.
An Offaly group is launching a video today to encourage employers to offer jobs to those with Down Syndrome.
The video features members of Offaly Down Syndrome who are employed in companies around the county.
Robbie Donnelly - newly-elected chairperson of the group - says inclusion in the workplace is rewarding for both employers and people with Down Syndrome.
He says going to work each day offers their members a new lease of life:
They're also asking people to give the "Thumbs Up" for Offaly Down Syndrome.
Take a selfie giving a thumbs up, post it on Facebook using the #ThumbsUpSelfie4ODS, nominate three friends to do the same, and then make a €2 donation to the group by texting ODS to 50300.
