No More Critical Cases Of Covid-19 In The Midlands

The number of critical patients in Ireland has reached record levels.

The number of critical patients with Covid 19 has reached single figures for the first time since March.

Nine people are being treated in intensive care units across the country.

It's down from a peak of over 160 patients in early April.

There are now NO confirmed or suspected covid cases in ICU at the three Midlands Regional Hospitals.

Yesterday, 6 deaths were reported while 5 new cases were confirmed.
