A wide range of positions are on offer.
Nua Healthcare is creating 81 jobs in the midlands.
The company, which is already employs 2,000 people, is Ireland's largest private provider of intellectual disability and mental health services.
The new roles range from general nursing, psychiatric nursing, psychiatrists, psychologists to behavioural and occupational therapists, assistant support workers and social care workers.
Out of the 470 new jobs being created across the country, 35 are in Westmeath, 30 in Offaly, and 16 in Laois.
They'll be filled by the end of the year.

The company support children and adults with a range of complex needs including, but not limited to:
- Autism
- Asperger Syndrome
- Acquired brain injuries
- Challenging behaviour
- Intellectual disabilities with Alzheimer’s or Dementia
- Mental health rehabilitation and recovery
- Personality disorders
