The Offaly service station sold the winning ticket on Saturday.

A lucky Offaly lottery player has stepped forward to claim their prize of 8.2 million euro.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Obama Plaza in Moneygall on Saturday, on the day of the Quick Pick draw.

It's the fourth Lotto jackpot win of the year, following wins by players in Mayo and two in Dublin,
