Offaly Schoolgirls Make 'Hair-Raising' Donation To Children's Cancer Charity

They've been speaking to Midlands 103 about why they decided to take on the challenge.

Two Offaly girls have donated 30 inches of hair to a charity that makes wigs for children with cancer. 

The pupils at Scoil Bhríde in Clara also raised over €1,000 for the Laura Lynn Foundation. 

Jade and Sophie Flanagan from Clara and their mum Lydia has been speaking to Midlands 103's Sinead Hubble about why they decided to raise money for the charity:
