Complaints are coming into the council from Cloghan.
An Offaly councillor is demanding the local authority take into account noise pollution in future wind farm submissions to An Coimisiun Pleanala.
Independent Councillor for Tullamore Sean O'Brien says he's recieved countless complaints from residents, especially in relation to the Cloghan Wind Farm.
He feels that Offaly County Council should fully follow the Development Management Standards set out in their County Development Plan, and the World Health Organistion's Environmental Noise Guidelines.
