Offaly County Council will see a 14% increase in its Budget for 2025.
The local authority will have an expenditure level of €97m for the coming year.
There's is also an additional to 59 million being allocated for long-term capital projects.
Each municipal district will see a slight rise in their allocations of 4%.
Currently however, Offaly has a €400,000 revenue deficit which the Chief Executive, Anna Marie Delaney, says will be cleared by the end of next year.
