Offaly County Council Propose €72m Expenditure In 2022

It's a similar outlay to that of the budget a year ago.

Offaly County Council will spend €72m in 2022. 

It's a very similarly financed budget to that of a year ago, with a projected income of over €46m to the local authority. 

43% of that outlay will be financed by central government, with €8.4m expected to be allocated to Offaly as a result of the local property tax. 

Over €21m has been set aside to maintain road infrastructure, €13m is budgeted for housing and €5m is being spent on water services.
