Members of Carrolls Cuisine will protest this Friday and Saturday.
Workers at an Offaly food plant are to continue their strike action this weekend.
SIPTU members employed at Carroll's Cuisine in Tullamore are undertaking an additional two 12 hour work stoppages this Friday and Saturday , with pickets starting at 7am each day.
It follows initial 12-hour stoppages yesterday and on Sunday, with the decision taken after weeks of management's refusal to continue talks.
SIPTU have noted that Sofina Foods, the parent company of Carrolls is addressing shortcomings and says it's still failing to address pay and collective bargaining issues.
They add that workers have been "heartened" with the local support for their action.
