An Offaly man says the "paper work counts, the patient doesn't" when it comes to the HSE.

Jim Loughman says he got an appointment for an MRI for today, after an injury earlier this year - but two weeks ago he was assaulted and hoped that both issues could be checked together. 

The Birr man says the HSE should be able to update files and not have people waiting months for scans that could be grouped together.

He says the HSE had a week for paperwork to be changed:
