Budget 2025 will be delivered in the Dáil this afternoon.
The Taoiseach insists today's Budget announcement will help people right across the midlands.
Families are set to benefit from a double child benefit payment in November and December, while there will also be two energy credits worth €125 each before Christmas.
Social welfare payments are set to rise €12 while those over 70 are also going to be entitled to bring a friend or carer for free on public transport.

It’s understood third level student contribution fees are to be cut by €1,000 again this year.
It’s the third year in a row fees have been cut in cost of living packages.
SUSI grants are also being increased by 15% from next September while apprenticeship contribution fees will also be cut.
Post graduates will have their supports increase from €4,000 to €5,000 as part of a €100 million package.
Health Minister Stephen Donnelly will announce an expansion of the publicly funded IVF scheme as part of the Budget 2025.
It will be expanded in two areas next year - to include Donor Assisted IVF, and there will be amendments to the access criteria to include couples experiencing what is known as ‘secondary infertility’.
