The State says there were 310 rapid build units being used nationally at the end of last year.
The State has spent over €15m developing modular homes for Ukrainian refugees in the midlands.
Integration Minister, Roderic O'Gorman, says the average cost of a 'Rapid Build' unit for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection is around €145,000.
That includes the cost of supply, delivery and the provision of loose electrical and household items.
There are 64 such units on a site in Clonminch, in Offaly, and a further 42 in Rathdowney, Laois, totalling 106 homes in the region.
Nationally, there were 310 Rapid Build units at the end of 2023, accommodating over 1,200 refugees.
