571 premises in Westmeath remain disconnected following the significant winds, there's 513 in Offaly, and 241 in Laois.
Nationally, 400 thousand people were left without electricity over the weekend following the significant winds.
The ESB say they've restored power to the majority of these homes and businesses, however it will take a number of days to address certain areas, due to the scale of the damage.
Uisce Éireann say they're working to restore water supply to customers relying on the Tully Water Treatment Plant in Offaly.
Friday night's power outages have resulted in supply interruptions for customers in Tully, Ballinamere and Coolnahiley and surrounding areas.
ESB Networks Regional Manager Brian Tapley says there's still 35 thousand customers without power;
The ESB have called on contractors both in Ireland and abroad to help speed up the process.
