It's a mix of one, two, three and four bed homes.
Westmeath County Council, in association with housing body Respond, has delivered 33 new social homes in the county this week.
The arrival of these houses in Balnamona, near Mullingar, is the first phase of a three part strategy that will eventually see the delivery a 99 home development.
Once completed, the project will consist of 31 one-bed duplexes, 31 three-bed duplex, 11 two-bed houses, 20 three-bed houses and 6 four-bed houses.
Each individual home will be BER A2 rated with the development situated 2km from the Mullingar Train Station.
Respond and Westmeath County Council expect building to complete by the third quarter of this year.
