The find was made yesterday, after three intelligence-led searches by the Divisional Drugs Unit and members from Portlaoise Garda Station.
Cannabis worth €520,000, a quantity of cocaine valued at €35,000, a large amount prescription tablets, and packaging and drugs paraphernalia were recovered.
Three people remain in custody in relation to the incident.
