It comes as RTÉ decided not to provide details to the Committee.
The decision by RTE not to provide details of exit packages for a number of former executives to the Public Accounts Committee has been described as disappointing.
The Dáil's Public Accounts Committee, chaired by Laois Offaly Sinn Féin TD Brian Stanley, is to seek legal advice on whether RTÉ can be compelled to provide details.
In a statement the State Broadcaster said due to legal and contractual obligations RTÉ is precluded from providing personal information to the Committee.
Committee member Sinn Fein's Imelda Munster said this latest move by RTE will do little to restore public confidence:
