Payment To Encourage Staycationing Totally Dependent On Stimulus Package

Minister of State Robert Troy says further detail will be given this week.

A midlands minister says the roll-out of a payment to encourage people to holiday in Ireland is totally dependent on the July Stimulus Package.

The government has been facing criticism since it emerged the proposed financial boost is unlikely to be introduced until September, after the summer holiday season.
