A new initiative is being launched at Lough Boora Discovery Park.
A new project on an Offaly bog is aiming to educate people on making responsible decisions when engaging in outdoor activities.
Leave No Trace is launching the new Hot Spot Project at Killaranny Bog, at Lough Boora Discovery Park.
The initiative is part of a new partnership with Deloitte and Bord na Móna, and is aiming to support accelerated peatland restoration in the midlands.
Each Hot Spot will have education, outreach, and rehabilitation efforts tailored to the needs of the site.
