The owner of the venue lost his son in 2018.

Collinstown's Kevin Fitzpatrick lost his son in 2018, and is now hosting a fundraiser for mental health charities, such as SpunOut, SOSAD Ireland, HUGG and Aware.
The event will be held in his pub, McCormack's Bar, Castlepollard, this Saturday from 2pm with an online effort having so far raised €700.
