Permission has been granted for 26 new wind turbines in Westmeath.
An Bord Pleanála approved the proposal from Bord na Móna for the development, subject to 22 conditions.
Construction will take place across Delvin, Ballivor, Killyon and Raharney.
The turbines will measure around 200m in height and the development will neighbour nine turbines due for construction in Bracklyn.
Residents have various concerns for the development - including light pollution and its impact on the environment, landscape, views and biodiversity.
These detailed concerns were brought forward prior to the final decision.
