Planning permission for a long-awaited midlands flood relief scheme is expected to be submitted next February.
The Portarlington project is expected to protect 72 homes upon its completion, and will target years of issues along Botley Lane and Patrick Street.
Construction is projected to commence in July 2026, and should be complete by 2029.
