The application outlines plans to demolish existing structures at Maunsells Restaurant, Bar and Service Station in Tullamore.

The proposed project includes a modern two-storey retail building, service station, bar, and food outlets.

Additional features such as EV charging points, a drive-thru, and expanded parking are also planned.

A decision is expected by May 6, with public submissions open until April 15.
