Plans for a new purpose-built advanced manufacturing facility in Westmeath are being lodged.
Applicants Westmeath Enterprise & Innovation Designated Activity Company are aiming deliver a 2,500 square metre facility at Mullingar Business and Technology Park to accommodate light industrial and office uses.
The design includes a three-storey reception and support office block with a covered entrance, reception, administration areas, staff welfare facilities, and ancillary office space.
The proposals also feature a 10 metre high internal light industrial and manufacturing space, as well as 41 car parking spaces.
Plans for the final decision are due to be made on or before August 14th.
