While two centers in Offaly were found either compliant or substantially compliant in all areas.
The report for Mullingar found oversight was inconsistent on staff training, completing actions on external servicing, and the quality of internal safety checks completed by staff.
For the Offaly centres, medicines and pharmaceutical services was listed as an area of improvement for both, with risk management and construction also listed for the second centre.
