Laois Royal Family follower Michelle Dunican believe's it will have taken them aback.

It has emerged that Harry and Meghan did not consult the Queen about their decision to "step back" as senior British royals.

It's understood they had just begun talks with Buckingham Palace about their future roles when they made their decision to go public.

The Palace says there are "complicated issues" to work through.
