Public Transport The Weak Link In New Climate Action Bill

That's according to Westmeath environmental consultant, Jack O'Sullivan.

A Westmeath environmental consultant believes public transport is the weak link in the government's Climate Action Bill. 

Jack O'Sullivan would like to see taxpayers money used to improve and electrify the fleet of buses in rural areas. 

He says people living outside urban areas still have no option but to drive:
