A recall of Kinder products has been extended due to a possible presence of salmonella.
All batches and best before dates of Kinder Surprise and mini-eggs are being recalled, as well as all pack sizes of Kinder Schokobons.
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland is warning anyone who may have purchased the products recently not to eat them.
Dr. Wayne Anderson from the FSAI says there have been recorded cases of salmonella in Ireland linked to this contamination:
