Stephen Tynan's 2,273 will now be distributed.

After the fourth count, Fianna Fail's Barry Cowen and Sean Fleming are both over the 9000 total votes heading into the next count.
Sean Fleming an outgoing Laois TD picked up the most transfers from his party colleague Pauline Flanagan at 916.
