Retired Nurses Encouraged To Join Vaccination Drive

The HSE need up to 2,500 to help the rollout.

Retired nurses in the midlands are being asked to rejoin the nursing register so they can take part in the COVID-19 vaccination programme.

The Retired Nurses Association of Ireland says the HSE will need up to 2,500 retirees to help with the rollout. 

National Secretary and Mountrath's Joe McGill says the health service is looking for both part-time and full-time vaccinators:
