Pippa Hackett believes farmers can save money by purchasing less

Farmers can counteract the ever-increasing inputs costs in agriculture by using less agri-business products like fertaliser and other chemicals.

That's according to former Green Party Minister of State in the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Pippa Hackett.

Ms Hackett is also suggesting cost-saving measures like less hedge-cutting, less animal health products, and a move to towards what she calls 'regenerative practices'.
