Twin brothers from Roscommon are appealing to the public to help them raise funds for a life saving treatment in America.
14 year-old George and Issac Naughton suffer from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy - a fatal disease that destroys muscle tissue.
Their older brother Archie passed away in July 2022 from the condition at just 16 years old.
Their mother Paula Naughton runs the Save Our Boys Trust.
Ms Naughton says the boys undergoing the treatment could be a breakthrough for other children with Duchenne:
