The Ryanair Chief is warning the Trump Administration could stop trans-Atlantic Aer Lingus flights from landing in the US if the Irish government doesn't remove the Dublin Airport passenger cap immediately.
The cabinet this week approved the removal of the limit, with the Infrastructure Minister Jack Chambers today saying the government want to make it law by "the summer at the latest".
However, the European Court of Justice today issued an opinion, ahead of its formal ruling expected in a few months, which said the passenger cap is legally sound and can affect airline slots.
