Fingal County Council earlier this week gave the DAA six weeks to fulfil a planning condition.
The operator’s allowed 65 flight take offs or landings, on average, per night, between 11pm and 7am.

The company is furious that this might impact its departures before 7am, claiming the runways are too busy after that.
