The two men and a women aged in their 20s and a teenager, appeared before Mullingar and Athlone District Courts on the 9th and 10th of December.
Gardaí also seized €30,000 of cocaine during two separate searches in Westmeath.
A man aged in his 20s was arrested following the recovery of €20,000 of Cocaine (pending analysis) during the search of a property in the Mullingar area.
Another man, also in his 20s, was arrested following the recovery of €10,000 of Cocaine (pending analysis) during the search of a property in the Athlone area.
Both men have been charged and are scheduled to appear before Mullingar and Athlone District Courts at a later date.
Gardaí say Operation Thor has successfully reduced the rate of winter burglaries, leading to a significant decline in property related crime since its introduction in 2015.
